  Davis is the president and founder of Davis, Graves & Co., P.C., a Houston based accounting and management services firm he founded in 1976, subsequent to his tenure with the International firm of Arthur Anderson. Davis has served as a board member to various organizations including the $1.5 billion dollar Texas Workers Compensation Insurance Fund, where he was appointed by then Governor Ann Richards as chairman of the finance committee.
