From the Prospectus: Price to the public...$44.00, Underwriting Discount...$2.42, Proceeds to C-Cor.net...$41.58. So, the underwriters, as expected, make a nice dollar buying the stock lower then the price sold to the public. There are some other caveats covered in the Prospectus...Suggest you read same if you need more information. Hope such helps you. Elliot
