on lvl ii today, jp morgan (also the underwriter for ebkr), stepped in and purchased huge amounts of ebkr at 25 1/2. just sitting on the bid all day to support the price. depending on your point of view this could be fantastic, since selling dried up and ebkr moved higher. or if you are a pessimist, it is bad since the underwriter needed to support the stock (although i think it bullish since they decided to support the stock above the offering price of 18).
