Gizelle...... #5 is not happening. Only if needed to stabalize the price immediately after the merger. Wasn't needed, as such the cash will be used for other strategic reasons. You forgot 1) VOIP technology - this will be where the cost savings will come from. Can you explain how you arrive at $3.00 EPS given shrinking ASP's in 2001? Eagerly awaiting your witty reply.
