gizelle, don't make ASSumptions. Maybe he does know Gary. Since you are obviously a long-term holder, would you sell even if DT did make an offer? Do you make investment decisions based on comments from chat-boards?

Something, I think, other than sector rotation is going on, someone bought a block of 95,000 shares late today at the ask and another block at 190,000.

Even if the offer WAS turned down, if there was an offer, it could establish a higher perception of value, than the new $45 warrants.
