Ted,

You're right, their pizza is a big disappointment and
needs some improvement or taken off the menu.

Looks like the company's stock buyback will be in action
next week. The Nov 5 puts are almost certain to finish 'in
the money', so RAIN will be buying back about 275k shares
at $5 (minus the put sale money).
