Re: Hogger's Challenge -- Accepted Today I tracked down one of the two Assistant DA's that prosecuted Bud Skillern (she's now a judge) and asked her about Mike Skillern. She said Mike was not indicted and was simply "a witness". I asked her whether Mike was not charged because he agreed to testify against his father and she politely reiterated her previous answer. I then asked about Mike's 1990 criminal judgment and about the $100,000 judgment against him in 1995 by Prime Tempus as Special Deputy Receiver of American Teachers Life Insurance Company. She knew nothing of those as they did not involve her. So, case closed on one of the three lawsuits in question. Would you please explain the other two? Thanks. - Jeff
