Hi David,
Not just DELGF, there are quite a few companies that I cannot find
any report on the SEC's Edgar site. And I do not believe that
they all have not filed all the required documents to SEC
for YEARS and the regulatory agents did not go after them.
I tend to believe that for some reasons not all the required
filings are shown up properly on the Edgar site and/or the
SEC has different filing requirements for different kinds of
companies like CL said.
