Hi Dale,
Sure is quite around here ,being as were talking about the largest distributor of computer products in the world not to mention probably the largest backbone to the .coms as well.
In any case, been following this one close, there doesn't seem to be much resistance with relatively small blocks moving share value up.

Retrospectively I don't think Stead new just how good or bad the last quarter was going to be, but was leaning to a poorer assessment of the quarter than what eventually turned up and was hedging his position by the announcement of leaving the CEOs post. This announcement was poorly timed and IMO was the reason why the share value was pummeled. When asked to explain ( in the conference call ) he went on to say that this was part of a plan, to start the search for a new CEO, and that it could take more than a year to find one. This announcement in my mind didn't make sense and the explanation made less sense, the timing was too close to the earnings warning. In any case IMO pulling the quarter out resulted in minimizing his departure.

This was a wake up call for Ingram and, as with any contest once faced with the agony of defeat the hunger for victory is rekindled. I think this will be viewed as a water shed event with Stead realizing that he should have had better control over the events and that a new general is needed. FWIW I don't see anything in their way until 16, a small bump, on the road to the mid 20's. Could be wrong but staying long to find out.

Best
