I am still looking for an article i read within the past two weeks. It said that each year CSCO gets rid of 5% of its employees, i.e. dead weight-and it does not matter what the position or years of service are. Great way to be a healthy Gorilla IMHO. If more organizations had the guts to do this, they would operate at a much more effective level. Bob
