She said Mike was not indicted and was simply "a witness".
This is now clarified and it is established that Mike was not charged, indicted or, of course, not tried.
Let me make a suggestion -I am not really qualified to discuss the other two matters. Oh sure, I've checked them out for myself, but after all the erroneous things that have been written, I feel (VERY STRONGLY) that it is time for somebody in the side saddle vigilante gang to actually go to the horses mouth -- contact Mike directly. You can call him at CYGS, e-mail him, or drop by and have a face to face.
It is really a very simply matter to get to the bottom of the other two matters. You're doing okay, but you need to answer the other two for yourself ... remember, I'd just be sucking up to the company, or hyping if I gave the answers, but so far, I'm 100% correct on this matter.
