Because nobody thinks is is worth more than 60 or 70 cents? or just because nobody wants it till the ink isn't so red.
Who wants to back a loser, and until this stock shows some signs of making money, it's a loser. I was reading my yearly report again, and if they are paying the springboard guys anything like they pay themselves, we are going to need big profits just to keep up with the salaries.....
