I do know one thing:
In today's press release from Rochester they state that the "shareholders" passed special resolutions to change the company's name from Rochester Minerals INC. to Rochester Energy Corp. and to increase the authorized capital from 30 million shares to 100 million shares without par value.
Any reactions from anyone about this news? I remember when Harken did the same thing a few years ago...
