Dear Chief,

I don't except what you said about EBLD
being "IN FACT early".

EBLD does not do us any favor by filing early.
They should strive to file as early as possible
since it will benefit the company and share price,
and believe me, they have a lot of shares.

Second, they don't have to wait till the last
minute and then file. It is dangerous and not healthy.
So, again, they don't do us any favor by doing that.
