I agree its a longer hold and has some real upside with the Global Crossing windfall, the strong real estate portfolio, and the cost cutting CIBC is doing. I also believe Oppenheimer is doing better all the time. I can't agree with the ealier post though that the stock will double in a year. I believe it will rise more in the 50% range as the 500 million Hunkin announced he was trimming out of the expense base finds its way to the price earnings ratio.
