I take this is comic relief.. so here here some more comic relief (note that latest prices for QCOM and NOVL are outdated NOVLs is slightly lower and QCOM's is much higher):

Of course I took the point of view of a long term investor here. It could well be that NOVL is not interested in increasing value for its shareholders. You could argue that with one bill in the bank who cares? Maybe that is the reason insiders sell all the time like crazy? Also management does not seem to be affected by the price of the shares since their options are always repriced to spare them the pain..
