There was an interesting commentary on MoneyLine the other nite. (Why they refuse to mention netp is beyond me) but they said there were a few darlings on the NASDAQ that the institutions bought into. Since this drove big money to them the stock junped, that, in turn, drove lots of little fish to the area. Effectively they were saying that of the hundreds of issues on the NASDAQ only a few were in the 'highly visible' positions, of the rest, there were many actually doing much better on balance sheet but were not darlings of Wall St. So when the 'bubble' bursts, AMZN longs will be in deep dodo whereas the rank and file stocks would be largely unaffected since they weren't part of the bubble to begin with. Another way to say it is of the billions of $$$ in market cap, 95% of that is only a handful of companies. I certainly hope netp gets to 100 (I did get back in) but it may well be 'irrational jubulation' to think it will. Just as a reality check, how many days did it take for Netp to go from 35 to teens or to $9.50? I, as I am sure alot of others agree, am not willing to ride them back to the teens.
