You points are legit but is this suppose to make bulls feel better about holding shares? The whole idea of investing is not now, but the future. I think its time TYC realizes they are not a high-flying tech company (that demands a multiple ala CSCO or BRCM) and that earnings growth cannot be sustained at current levels not matter how aggressive they are in their acquisitions or how creative they are in their accounting. Just my opinion. Again, if I'm wrong then the stock price will tell me and I'll get out. But the longer this thing stays where it is the more I believe it will drift lower and lower--until the company props it up some more. Should be interesting.
