Well thats a very clear statement of the money flow. What is lacking for the "new" investor is a statement of the board of directors withdrawal and the closing of the office. Seems to me that this statement will satisfy the SEC. I have not received any response from the enforcement division. Guess they don't see a criminal case here! I have pretty much recovered my loses, but could have been far ahead of my current value. The losses inside my IRA are just holding because there is no advantage to selling the now essentially worthless stock. Bye for now Joe in Renton
