G'day all - hi BGL, considering I just bot into WCG on Fri, I might not the authority to answer you. I don't think WMB or WCG is operating a CLEC. Rather, they [WMB still owns a big chunk of WCG] are arms merchants, if you will. They sell to the CLECs and other data services outfits, e.g., INTC new data services division. best, Bosco
