I feel confident about COMPAQ moving to $26-28 in the present state of our common knowledge, but as we approach the end of December I would be increasingly nervous if we have not heard by then some comforting noises about 4Q and YK2.

I agree with you regarding cpq in many ways. But why should CPQ has to give out comforting noises? They issued many press releases and product releases. Isn't that enough ? I absolutely do not understand why some folks here and some analysts are expecting easy spoon fed kind of feed backs from companies they invest in.

Speaking about guessing game, the worst is Alan Greespan. We just have to do independent DDR and take a chance.
