Forget that the 10 is delayed. The sick part of all this is that they have been filing. However, because they haven't gotten to the "no further comment" stage of SEC review, BANY, a reporting company, is still dead money on the pinks. Meanwhile, stocks thru their own dumb luck that have symbols that start with M and R and T and Z, for example, continue to trade on the OTCBB, without a single audited statement to their shareholders...at least to well into 2000.
