Personally, I would take the quick, significant profit, particularly if you were not expecting it.

You should be willing to deviate from your plan if you are handed money.

Consider the risk/reward. What percentage of the total potential can you lock-down now? How long have you been in the position? If you must remain in the position for a significant amount of time, only to eek out a bit more gain, you should close the position now.
