Since I am a CPA, I am very familar with a company's balance sheet and 10-Q. The companys I buy: 1. have hardly any liabilities 2. their market cap is less than book/cash value 3. stock is trading at year low I used this strategy very well on SEEC recently (3 3/16- 4) Although my biggest winner (200% alone) for the year is FASH (4 trades) . It's really that simple and I win EVERY time within 1-5 weeks!!!
