Hi Pascal, If Merrill won't let you do daytrades, how do you ever get any trading done?

How much does a Lombard account cost?

It was tough this morning in the market, but is coming back nicely. We were really scared. I bought a semi-conductor index option. I'm not sure if that is the appropriate name. I bought yesterday and sold today. I made a little bit of money. The good thing is that the market didn't fall any further. As you know the Nasdaq dropped sharply the past two days.

When the prices dropped, I bought some more SUNW stock and July Ascend 60 calls. I was also so scared yesterday that this morning we decided to sell some Intel shares. I have nice profit margins there. My broker things Intel will probably drop a bit because it has had such a run up so I will buy it back when I can.

How do you go about selling stocks if you are unable to do day trades?

I live south of Vancouver Island in Washington State.

Best wishes,
