That would probably depend - If Intel did this in response to AMD's pricing structure, Intel would - and could - simply point out that this was a competitive process - and this happens ALL THE TIME in the DRAM and Hard Disk Drive business.

If Intel did this "instatntaneously" - to damage AMD (and Intel Shareholders !), then the DOJ or FTC may step in.

But Intel isn't stupid.
