NETM - agree the huge float is an issue, but the market cap is only 246 mil. About 3X sales excluding acquisition. Sales will substantially increase after consolidation with recent 2 purchases and if valued at 3X sales, that will give a price at over 6. I think the momentum has just begun:

11/8 = 2.375 (no change from 11/5) average vol 323.8
11/9 = 2.4062 +1.3% vol 583k
11/10 2.8125 +17% vol 1.504 mil
11/11 3.25 +15.6% vol 1.817 mil
11/12 3.8438 +18.2% vol 2.748 mil
Check the chart:
siliconinvestor.com

The combination of NETM + WALL + SIMW = sales of 200 mil.

NETM has 130 mil cash and WALL has 60 mil. NETM paying 94 mil for WALL, new company will still be cash rich, No problem in surviving the slow business due to Y2K. Future potential should be good. I am in at 3 7/16. Will look to add more if it breaks 5.
