Steve Frankel is the CEO of Quidel. He has been with the company since 1992. Prior to that time, he was the head of the asia-pacific division of BECTON-DICKINSON. Prior to that time, he was president of U.S. consumer products division of BECTON-DICKINSON. 25+ years in the business. With his years of experience and first-hand knowledge of both companies, how could he possibly NOT know if Quidel was infringing on B-D's property(s)? For the life of me, I can't see how this could have ever developed... --Randy
