re MDR---Soon, 'everyone' will focus on the bill that has been making it's way through Congress since March to clamp down on the asbestos profiteering done by the contingency lawyers and to streamline the process. The MDR situation will likely hasten the bill's passage! Once the market starts focusing on this, MDR will then strongly move up as the ONLY reason it is down here is the asbestos scare--a scare that will likely dissipate quickly if as and when Congress passes the bill. Trent Lott just signed on in late October and many others have already signed on, including many Democrats. See yahoo bb
