I understand the TA does look good but the increase in volume when dilution is coming in and people averaging down plus newbies thinking they are getting in on the floor causes the TA to show a positive buy scenario based on accumulation or is it dilution. This happened to TXMC from $1.50 to .03, NRPI from $1.50 to .15, ORXX from $7.81 to .04, and I can go on and on. During the entire fall the TA was showing a buy and positive. Now I am not saying this stock is anything bad but because this debenture is own by a clearing house for brokers I am shying away. They own it so thay have a license to do as they want. They can do nothing with it (I doubt that) or use it as an inventory that will cover whatever they do. No risk for them! Now I understand that companies use their stock as a vessel to raise capital. I am just extrememly picky about who the institution is on an OTC because brokers cannot rec an OTC. Oh well I just do not see what the excitement is myself. Going to take a major SFF to get it moving. NOW I could be wrong and it could fly to $100.00 a share or it can continue on its downward trend slowly but surely. Your choice. But I am getting posted to me so I am giving my opinion. :-) GB
