I agree Luc,

1:1 would be nice, but quite unlikely. I suspect the conversion ratio will be based on the shares of DVDT that XVN has.

Has ANYONE SEEN the Video Unit yet ? I will wager it STILL DOES NOT EXIST. No Working copy of this Fabled contraption is on the planet. Not this planet anyway. It MAY exist on whatever Planet Lee comes from. Maybe.
