Guys,

You can't always compare earnings per share from year to year evenly. You have to keep in mind the number of outstanding shares. In '95 it was around 1 million and now it is over 3 million. Big difference. Multiply outstanding shares by loss per share for both years and then compare. Doing that you will find that they did do better, but they're still way in the hole!!

When you factor in all the lawsuits (which all have the words fraud in them), huge debt, and a secondary offering coming out, this stock has nowhere to go but down. I owned the stock myself up until a few days ago. Got tired of waiting for earnings and moved on. When I read the SEC filing yesterday, I was glad I was out!!
