I think your case is too small to compare my case, I close E*Trade long-time ago, from your posts, I guess you are pretty new to on-line trading. Be very careful when using market order, stop order, I suggest using limited, If they fail to execute (USUALLY SELL ORDER), call NASD, they have to pay you the lost.

E*Trade, My experience, is the last choice. shop around, find a reliable broker. Be informed when selecting a broker.
