I have no position in this stock.

I just wanted to post and say that this company understands customer service. In 12 years of buying computer products I have never had as positive an experience with getting an exchange for a defective product as I recently had with Maxtor.

I contacted them and they overnighted at their expense a replacement unit. This is my 7th Maxtor drive and the first one that was defective.
