Had an Aunt Myrtle. For family gatherings she always
brought her bran rolls and lemon chess pie. Both were
scrumptious. But not so many little Myrtles anymore.
Nor little Gertrudes. Hardy Boys had an Aunt Gertrude.
Their mother was Laura, one of the old names that has
survived.
