Randal.. Rain?

I'm out on the coast north of Coos Bay. The weather here has been perfect here. Never gets over 75 in the summer or below 32 in the winter. The fog comes in every night in the winter to keep us warm at night and we get about five big-- horizontal rain-- storms every winter. From June 1st to November 1st we pray for rain.

Except when the tourists come. We have it rain to keep up the image.
