i have a few personal horror stories like the time I bought a monorail from on line, it came registered to some one else (that is in the windows info screen) as if I would be dumb enough not to notice that this was some one else's reject return! They did take it back forthright at the local store without much questioning.
I just repurchased CPU for the holiday runup, if upgrades follow ( yeah right) then I'll keep past the end of the year.
