I find it interesting that GIFS CEO feels that he should show J. Silverman who was registered for the IMXS conversion. It's none of Jeff's business and highly unprofessional by GIFS management. Silverman is a shareholder not an employee. It's things like this that prove to me that GIFS is a big sham. This is why I don't have to spend countless hours doing due dilly on this company. They have far too many things going on to keep track, and they show a consistent pattern of poor judgement by management. This company is mired in controversy, and no institutional investors will ever touch it until it gains some credibility. Do you want me to recap some things?

1. Talk of invalid issuance of shares by prior management.
2. Market maker manipulation.
3. Massive shorting to drive the price down.
4. The controversy about GIFS not being able to do some sort of insurance business in some state (I think TN).
5. Past criminal problems with the guy that was going to head the NASCAR deal.
6. We find out that former IMXS management was not entirely on the up and up.
7. Legal issues concerning shares being registered for sale.
8. Legal issues with employees who weren't supposed to receive the dividend (totally unfair).
9. An issuance of shares for consulting services(?) that were taken back.

I'm sure there are more but it's late and I can't remeber everything off the top of my head. Also, if someone wants to correct anything I have listed above, go ahead.

Is that enough bashing for you Jaime? Or would you like me to go back into hiding? Everyone call in your certs. I'm waiting for this big squeeze...
