Hi Tony, A distributor isn't likely to place such a large order for merchandise unless the merchandise has already been sold. I'd be willing to bet Emerson has received blanket orders for this merchandise from large customers such as Walmart, Target, etc. (meaning the merchandise is already sold). Most likely orders will be shipped directly to Emerson customers from Daewoo. When they are shipped to Emerson customers and Emerson receives payment is when the profits will be made. The good part is that Daewoo will service the products. That means when Emerson receives payment, the deal is done! I think this is great news! I believe Emerson Radio is a stock that will continue to go up indefinitely. This is just the beginning! Regards, Marilyn
