The competitors worked as consultants for DOJ on this case !!! So, In SUNW CEO's point of view, MSFT should not do anything to improve its products anymore, and how MSFT should use its money should be approved by Sun Microsystem. Bill Gate should hire McNealy as CEO of Microsoft, then let's see what he will say about how Microsoft should use its money. Well, NcNealy should probably move Sun Microsystem to the former Soviet Union , that is the best place to fit his business model and strategies. Here in the US, we are talking about free market force, unfortunatelly , we have a DOJ which is against that together with the CEO of SUNW !!!
