You really need to calm down! I know this is finally taking you in the shorts, and you should of got out along time ago. I Knew as the pressure increased, you would finally realize that you made a bad investment in shorting Genesis with naked stock.
Now your days are very limited; I understand you have a few more days to come up with cash to cover that brokerage house or ???????
People on the thread are becoming more aware of shorters scaring the long investors out. It seems like everyday, you here a new story on how some shorts started using the internet to help there position...
I think everyone on this thread has learned alot of experience in the two sides of the market, and, I feel for the ones that bailed due to
posters like yourself, and lost there hard earned money...But I guess that is what the market is about; "For every loss, there is a Gain"
I am also sorry that I could not let Tod continue to post non- -creditable information that I have done my DD on.. I knew right from his first post last week where he was headed and starting putting my foot down to cover his comments.
I think that the forum and the Sac will agree that my creditablity is far stronger then yours, Tod, Caroline, or any of your group that has posted on this thread.
As Genesis has sent out the letters to the brokers about the illegal
shares today, which should really put the pressure on some of the shorts, and then we get to the 5% div. which was released today, which will put a hurt the legal shorts.
I think the game is over on this one, and you need to get into something else or bail completely.....You could always take the option
of going chapter 7, but I do not think it will help protect you.
