According to management from the AGM, the merger would be with a NASDAQ smallcap firm, which makes it a market senior to the OTC:BB. According to management the audited financials were completed over a year ago. According to management they were 3 weeks away from producing gold 18 months ago. According to management [insert favorite Mike Gold rumor du jour]. I'm told it's heading for a junior listing. I guess we'll see soon enough who's tipster is more reliable.
