<<Now, if the gov. decides it it a monopoly...well then..>> How can you be a monopoly when you only have 15%+/- of the business. This is still a very fragmented business and HD has lots of room to grow. BTW, I bought after the last split at around 42ish, so I am a happy camper with HD.
