No one has a right to anything unless they earn it. Perhaps I misstated something - it is just a restaurant in the hospital that is open to anyone - patients, families, people who come in to eat at that restaurant. There is an area at the back where the doctors can eat privately, without being interrupted by patients, families, etc. They pay, like anyone else.
Most doctors are in a hurry because there are not enough hours in the day to do what they have to do - most of it paperwork.
But none of this has to do with IPOs; I think everyone should have the same chance.
