Also.... Lebo, Also.....I think the Fed will raise rates this week....but pull the "bias" that has everyone so juiced up.......so the market will boom. And the perception will be that the next move will be down. (pre-election) Also....the smart folks are now saying that lots of IT money will be cut loose beginning the end of January....Good for UIS. So a lot of the beating UIS has taken....may be forgiven as reality settles in.....and bargains are identified. I'm ready. bg
