Fortune was in the process of logging a well in the South Lake Arthur area which held promise. I believe they hoped a successful well would aid in moving their stock offering. My guess is the well proved unsucessful. I noticed that the stock of National Energy Group (NEGX) also was down to recent lows--they also participated in the South Lake Arthur well. Both companies are also drilling the second well in the Bayou Sorrell area. If there is trouble with this well too, it would be very negative for the stock.
