If it reverses down to 18.5, it will set itself up for a very nice triangle. The RS being in O's is an obvious thing but with the sector just reversing it may improve.

With this stock I'd really watch the RS compared to the sector. With the sector just reversing up you want to see this stock do better than its own sector. I just took a look. It is moving down. Not good.

With all that in mind wait for the pattern break for sure.
