Neocon--I like your top three choices. "Cookies Fortune" was a wonderful sleeper with great acting, casting, direction, and pacing. I like Luc Besson and the three films of his that you mentioned. "La Fem.." is one of my favorites and "The Professional" was a gripping portrait of a beautiful relationship between the very troubled, tender, hitman and a teenager from a most dysfunctional family. Milla Jovovich was wonderful in "The Fifth Element" which appeared to be a sequel of sorts to "Blade Runner". I look forward to seeing "The Messenger:...." Myron
