I too have lost all my investment in a "cooked" company situation, my very first investment, and I would never post bad information, or information to move the stock. I have no stock position in the company, nor would I ever, because of what I have posted.
I will only say that I believe my source as that person has been very reliable in all information provided. Unfortunately, I cannot provide the source as it may injure others close to the situation. But there have been warning signs. If you stop and think, why have there been two CFO's leaving in 1996? In a situation where they have stock options that have sky rocketed in value? I'll bet Cheryl walked away from close to a million $. Doesn't sound like something you run away from without careful thought. You can do with this what you want. But remember, you heard it here.
As far as the intelligence of the new CFO, I don't know this person and can't comment. Rumers, well, let's not post them.
