Your response to jtsaratoga is confusing to me
If you place a buy on the bid or a sell at the ask it goes directly to ISLD. Any order without a coresponding posted order to hit goes to ISLD.

Only if you place a buy at (or above) ask or a sell at (or below) bid does cyberlimit take over to try to get you the best fill.
